"Boston Strong" or "Boston Sheep"

I saw one of these "Boston Strong" shirts in an establishment today and all I could think of is the thousands and thousands of people that meekly submitted to having their 4th amendment rights violated without so much as a peep.

So the question is....should the shirt read "Boston Strong" or "Boston Sheep"?
