I'll only be happy when he's in jail on something like a conspiracy/accessory
charge for violating federal gun laws. Why the hell should we have to
obey (IMO unjust) federal gun laws when he gets a free pass just because
he's a politician?
The way the federal law is set up now it is wholly irrelevant that
none of the people involved in his ponzi fisher price investigator
scheme were prohibited persons... even if they all pass the "test",
performing a straw purchase is illegal, it's that simple. The only
exemption that exists legally for this kind of behavior likely only
applies to sworn law enforcement under the cover of an official
investigation- eg, a BATFE agent or one of their "on the dole"
rats that they often use.
