I honestly don't feel the cut out...I have about 500 rounds down the pipe. The gun I feel shoots a little softer than my Gen 4, all older generations of mags work with no issue.

I guess if someone has huge meathooks it might be a problem, but with my size hands I can't even see it getting in the way.

I like the grooves. I'm fine with my Gen3's. They hit what I point at and go bang when I want them to.

They can't build enough of their existing guns to meet demand as it is, last thing they need to do is spread themselves thin on a niche market item that already has like 4 decent guns in it. I'm a CZ fanboi myself but I don't have these kinds of delusions of grandeur and it's why I carry a Glock every day.
