You are correct, but this is not a MA only forum. There are plenty of folks in other states that could benefit from this.

Not entirely correct. They have to be manufactured prior to the '94 date, but not "in state". That applies to the 10/21/98 pistol cutoff. The mags can be anywhere in the world, and still be "compliant".

I've heard that those Beta mags are mostly for show. In other words, they don't function reliably, but look realllllly cool.
