Best bullet weight for 5.45x39

I'm new to this caliber and have seen 52gr and 60gr surplus rounds. The twist is 1in 8. The 5.56 in the AR has a twist of 1 in 7 and prefers the heavier 62gr bullets. Which would be the best choice for the 5.45x39?
