We just bought a Berkey, 2.25 gallon size, and LOVE it! Our water here in Texas tastes like crap! Chlorine and bacteria/molds. And thats AFTER it goes through our filter on our fridge!
We are using the black and the white filters. SOOOOOO much better. This was one of the few things we decided we would buy with a portion of our tax refund before my husband's contract ended. He got a job offer on Thursday and we went to the Self Reliance Expo the next day. We met Jeff the Berkey Guy and actually bought the "display unit." Got a great deal on it!
