Barrels and Fake Cans

Are these legal in Ma Fake Cans : Spikes Tactical ? Since there is a limit on the number of features on a firearm attaching one of these would allow us to purchase a any barrel that we want.

They are legal as long as they are pinned to the barrel. Same as an comp or brake.

Flash hiders are always a no-no on post-ban guns.

Technically it is just a barrel shroud which is legal.
