It was certainly telling that the first reports I saw said "in the vicinity of Planned Parenthood".
The only level 1 trauma center in the region that received 5 patients had a bomb threat at around 3:30pm local time. There is no way this was a disgruntled employee. This was a planned attack designed to create chaos.
Whether it is ISIS, some other terror group or a cartel hit is up for discussion but it most certainly was a coordinated attack.

+1. I heard reports that the Grand Canyon is also OK...even though they're 450 miles away. [sarcasm]
They keep comparing it to the marathon bombing on CBS. I turned if off, it was getting ridiculous.
