it's 1:35 am and I'm so tired right now I can no longer even do basic addition -- so are braces legal again in all 48, or just that district, or just permanently legal for the plaintiffs?

So if this holds up, do all of us who joined fpc to have the injunction on the unconstitutional bullshit apply to us get refunds from the government for that cost incurred?

This has really bothered me for some time- if the law applied to everyone federally in one swoop, why doesn't the injunction?
