from some one that was born def and had my hearing fixed this was a good read so i don't mess my hearing up . never thought to wear the foam plugs under my muffs.

Kinda hard when you are hunting to keep an ear out for Deer and have plugs in though. I have tried the electric ear muffs but still the hearing is impaired a bit
