Len, I'm not sure, but from what I was told, wasn't the first time she has proposed Anti -Civil Rights legislation. I believe she also has an AWB bill filed.

Works with a group called Newcastle Promise. They have stated (actual written proof in one of there meetings agendas) their ultimate goal is gun confiscation, but they know they have to take little steps to get there.

AFAIK yes NH is one of those states at least my reps said they would file any bill I asked for, no this bill was filled by bloom... I mean Ahern. I need to look at her contribution trail

Count on them returning next year with an equally bad but better written version of universal background checks legislation.

The bill sponsor NEEDS to be removed from office in the next election.

It would not have made it past the Senate, frankly... but this is a very important victory.... people need to keep throat-punching these kinds of things whenever they come up, particularly bills introduced by "foreigners". After the MAIG/MDA types lose a half dozen times, and bring pain to the lawmaker traitors that supported them in NH, they'll shrivel up and go away.
