“Do I think the victims of a crime with a gun should be able to sue the manufacturer...?"

He took a question, where his answer would require a lengthy response, into a simple yes or no.
I'm quite surprised he didn't take the bait and submit a long B.S. answer which could be later spun by the media.

Exactly what I was thinking. I know I read an article months ago about his policy on manufacturer liability and his current position is the exact opposite.
