Im looking at setting up a trust to transfer my current NFA items into as well as to use for future items. I have been in contact with Evan Nappen here in NH as well as Apple Trust in Florida. It seems that the Apple Trust is what most attorneys are turning to. Does anyone here have experience with this? Any ups/downs you have experienced?
