I would go with northern water snake. Hard to tell from the pictures.

Without a better picture it is hard to tell, but it looks to either be the Nothern Water Snake, Eastern Black Racer or the Black Rat Snake
My $ would be on the northern water snake.
Yea tried picking it up with the end of my pole. He didn't like that and just looked at me with his dead soulless eyes
Field marks aren't consistent with a water snake.
