Any smiths do grind-to-fit recoil pads?

I cut down an m14 stock and am looking for a smith to put a grind-to-fit pad on there so it looks a little less fugly. If anybody has a good recommendation let me know.

I do my own with some duct tape and a bench mounted belt sander not that difficult just go slow

This is for my favorite rifle so I want to do it right the first time. I'm not much of a sculptor.
