Any idea what's happening here?

I'm bidding on this FA in 475 Linebaugh and didn't notice this picture until after my bid. How the heck are there two case ring marks not aligned with the barrel...

That makes sense...my mind initially went to three kabooms at once but there'd be no more gun/barrel to speak of...

I think there's so much recoil that the loose rounds hit the frame.

I believe the marks are from recoil and the rounds hitting frame
