Things move frustratingly slow sometimes. Remember back on the heller case and why Heller was the only person who was able to gain standing? It was because they actually went through the process and actually tried to register a firearm. So we have something we are working on now that we need to go through a process and it is taking longer than we were hoping for. Stay tuned.

The one accomplishment we can publicly acknowledge is the filing two weeks ago of our IRS application for non-profit recognition. Like everything else, this was a painfully long process that ultimately required 40+ pages of application, supporting statements, explanations, etc. (and $400). We owe Attorney Joe Hickson a huge thanks for his help with this job.
