Finally got the first of the 3 large sums of $$ i was awaiting from an ex employer, and am about to begin the collection rebuilding. I was going to list EVERYTHING I got comming, but figure be more fun to post pics of items as they arrive to leave people in suspense. The only hint ill give is will be U.S. army issued weapons ranging from early 1800's onwards. Looks like ill probably be going to dicks to get a supersize capacity safe this weekend.

*Edit* ill throw 2 of whats coming out there, just to get the curiousity for later items coming, to those who like seeing some U.S. militaria

1st comming is a 1873 Springfield trapdoor with a pristine bore and rifling

2nd is a rebuilt and refinished 1928 Springfield 1903

Stay tuned for pics in the comming week or 2.

Awesome - glad to hear your able to get a few new acquisitions. Look forward to seeing what you purchase.

I swung by and saw Joe last week. I almost got out of there without letting temptation take control. But I couldn't help myself and picked up another Rock-Ola M1 Carbine.

Matt, I'm glad you're going to start getting the band back together. I'm looking forward to seeing what you pick up.

First arrival. Had a 1927A1 that i"militarized, but due to being parkerized, was adding alot of extra cost to SBR it to either reblue gun, or repark barrel. So sold it. Well its replacement coming in, a M1a1 model.

already checked. they didnt have what I have on mind for next aquisitions. 3 of the next 6 are reproductions, as I wouldnt want to fire (or afford) 150 year old military cartridge guns. 2 were already hinted at begining, and are bought & reserved, and working a deal for the 6th which is by far the priciest one of them all, but coolest IMHO

It's a new in box norinco copy. $450.

Just returned from precision armament werks with my new early 70's colt mfg sp1. Will post pics later. Always wanted a Vietnam type m16/ar15. Thanks again Greg!

yeah was beautiful. his ad on dealer classified was teasing me for month or 2. got my tax return, said was still avalible and was like "bam" sight unseen. all other sp1's i found have later mods like forward assists and birdcage hiders. Now need to decide on what m14 type rifle to get to compliment it for my us vietnam collection ;)

Well surprisingly I tracked down a 1903a4 I sold 6 years ago. Guy I sold it to sold it, and his collection to a well known shop in TX. While browsing for 1903a4's I saw this hunny and inquired about it, as it looked damn familiar. Sure enough the serial was the same as 1 of 4 I sold in 2006. So little negotiating, I purchesed it, with hopes will be home friday

LOL ohio ordnance 1918A3 semi auto B.A.R. Was NiB with all accessories. dont see em for sale often for a non over inflated price, so snagged it. put my plans to buy a 1859 berdan model sharps, 1865 spencer, and 1860 henry rifle on back burner as this took all their funding.
