“Today’s decision upholding the Assault Weapons Ban vindicates the right of the people of Massachusetts to protect themselves from these weapons of war and my office’s efforts to enforce the law. Strong gun laws save lives, and we will not be intimidated by the gun lobby in our efforts to end the sale of assault weapons and protect our communities and schools. Families across the country should take heart in this victory.”
Yeah - I feel so much safer.
So - how do you all of you "felons in waiting" feel?
I just know that cocksucker Malloy's gonna look at this and see if he can tighten the laws in Connecticut - and I've still got (3) ARs there.
Week old tuna?Gonna be a lot of eating at the Y.
Which is what this nanny nanny state wants anyway.....and of course law enforcement has no legal requirement to protect anyone in the first place.Today’s decision upholding the Assault Weapons Ban vindicates the right of the people of Massachusetts to protect themselves"
The one thing this does not do is allow the people of Massachusetts to protect themselves against anything. It cedes even more responsibility for protecting themselves to the state.
I don't get it...wasn't it just ruled a few days ago that the AG's motion to dismiss was tossed? Is this a different case?
This is why they don't need to repeal the 2A. All they need is control of the courts.JFC, you have got to be kidding me. So the new precedent is that AGs can create laws.
Hopefully this will keep getting appealed until it finds a less liberal court.
looks like 2 differnet cases I guess.This. I'm confused.
validated - now for the prosecutions.
:/
that and just ignore the 2A and scotus rulings. Despite heller, plenty of jurisdictions ignore it. Sadly the only way to asser the 2A is to use it. Sooner or later it's going to come to that. This is why they don't need to repeal the 2A. All they need is control of the courts.
This. I'm confused.
Its a cancer that spreads. The Federal Courts are just that. The SCOTUS controls ALL STATES. This is why the real fight in this Country has been over the Courts and who serves. I spend a great deal of time at my camp in NH but lets be honest. NH has 2 Liberal Senators and voted for Hillary Clinton. Like all cancer even NH has been affected.I've said it before and I'll say it again, GTFO. Take your skills and your tax dollars and stop feeding the beast. It is an effort in futility boys and girls. You are outnumbered. We get too soon old and too late smart, wake the f up. My condolences to those who stay, but you're gluttons for punishment.

There aren't going to be any. Hell the judge said right in the ruling "this lawsuit is bunk because she hasn't prosecuted anyone".

I put my money where my mouth is and GTFO 6 years ago at 56 years of age. No it was not an easy thing to do but it was the right thing to do. I'll be dead and buried before NH turns into that shithole. It's all on you young fellas to decide who's boot is gonna rest or who's neck. I'm closer to the grave than the cradle now. You got the guns and you know what the founders used them for. Maybe time is near for history to repeat it's self.and you're in NH ? how long will that be free, sooner or later every state will turn in a socialistic slavery mindset 0 states are immune . The cure? you better start breeding like a wild animal and have them all have the same free minding mindset and then have a million of your friends do the same
This just further emboldens her to use her bully pulpit to browbeat shops and gun owners to follow her edicts.
Bob
So reading between the lines the law has NO TEETH!This. The court basically said, she can create any "law," threaten to use it if companies don't comply, and she isn't breaking any rule unless she actually prosecutes someone under it.
