The mount is high - I actually have a riser that I purchased in case I wanted it and yes its on that riser currently.
I was using that riser with a totally different scope and scope mount. When I did not have it on the riser my muffs where getting in the way (still need to find a comfortable set of ear plugs). I did not remove it when the Super Sniper was put on. When I sighted it in the height was not uncomfortable for me.
I was going to remove it this weekend when I go out shooting again and see how she felt.
