Finger on the trigger while re-holstering.

My guess is the drawstring on a jacket with that plastic lock thing.

This is one of the reasons I dont care for striker fired firearms, when reholstering most hammer fired guns you can stare at the hammer while putting the firearm away, if it starts to move you stop.

Certain .40 Glocks have energetically disassembled because the ramp design uses an undercut chamber, leaving a portion of the case unsupported. Ammo is a significant factor in these incidents.

Most of the Glock incidents are NOT "Ka-Booms," but incompetence of the "Ah'm the only one in this room, so fah as Ah know of, p'ofesh'nul enuff t'handle the fotay Glock!" variety.

Most likely....a split second mental block while reholstering his gun. Its the perfect setup for such an incident.

I've primarily been a Sig guy. Do you think their firearms are better quality?
