80% lowers with new CT AWB

You need to stop assuming the courts will overturn it. You keep saying it as if its
1) likely
2) going to happen any time soon

Thats not the case. If it is overturned, and thats a big "if", it will most likely happen in Federal court. I've spoken to some people with experience in dealing with CT courts, Rich Burgess is one, and they all believe that the liberal bias among CT judges makes a suit in state court a non-starter.

The wheels of justice in Federal court take even longer than they do in State court. You are looking at 5 years. Maybe more. So the law WILL go into effect. Its not like there's going to be a court decision in November. There won't. So you need to plan to live within the new law. Or plan to break it in a way that won't get you in trouble. Your choice. But you need to make an INFORMED choice. You need to know what is legal and what is not.

Statewide civil disobedience *should* be part of the plan to push back.

This is an unconstitutional law, everyone knows this. You *can* fight back, but you must organize. The politicians get away with this because they don't think CT gun owners care enough to do anything except follow the law and await the courts to decide. They get to declare victory, and the court decision is so far down the road that they won't feel the repercussions.

If the hundreds of thousands of CT gunowners refused to comply, they aren't going to flood the jail cells with otherwise law abiding citizens. They will have a Constitutional crisis that will destroy them.

For your country's sake, push back...don't expose your neck for their boot.

I don't think this is *the straw* that will motivate folks to drop the remote and grab the rifle.

Unfortunately, people are unwilling to acknowledge tyranny until they are cringing beneath the whips of their masters.
