Please correct me if I'm wrong. According to everything I've read, CT will still accept the NRA Basic Pistol Certificate for resident and non resident pistol permits until July 1, 2024. This is because of the passage of Public Act 23-53. After that, no one seems to know what will be accepted. Any CT Instructors here that can clarify? I have several students that took my class in Mass and want non-resident permits. Thank you..
