I wonder if this woman will be charged, my guess is no. I am glad someone informed me that revolvers "have no safety".

What if one of those hollow points went in your eye. This incident is classic.

Police said no charges would be filed against the woman, but police retained the weapon and bullets.

Betcha one of the cops has a nice new S&W by this weekend.
