44 Mag cylinder throat reaming

I have a S&W 629 (brand new) that leads like crazy. Slugging the bore shows the cylinder throats to be undersized. Anyone have any experience reaming the bores? I'd be willing to trade some $, beer, ammo if someone has the tools and wants to lend/help.
