Modifying preban uzi mags for AR9 colt lower

looking for some help with modifying my preban uzi mags to work with my spike’s tactical AR9 colt lower. Anyone do this in the Worcester MA area preferably?
 
I think it's been said before on other posts..
But, There's diagrams online that tell you where to cut the mag release slot.
And unless you're going to weld in some spring steel. You won't have a last round bolt hold open.
 
I did find those diagrams online and talks about a mag block to help with the cut
( couldnt find one for sale). I was hoping to find someone locally that had some experience doing this so I don’t mess up my mags

I did find these videos and the diagrams for the cuts needed, my issue is the tools necessary to complete it accurately without messing up my mags. I don’t have experience doing it, so I was hoping to find someone who could give me a hand with it
