Saw a pretty good price for a .204 ruger barrel and was thinking of building an upper and eventually a dedicated gun. This gun would be for target and varmint. What do you guys think? What about mags, standard?

I've been thinking of a dedicated .204 AR as well. I love the performance of the .204 Ruger round in my Ruger M77 Mark 2 target rifle. Accuracy and power is incredible.
The only issue I've heard about regarding the .204 round is barrel wear because its so hot.
