XS Sights

Anyone have any input on XS Sights? Looking to put the on my m&p compact.

Have them on my SR-9c. Pretty neat for a carry gun for when you would need quick aiming and three dots are needed. nice big glowing dot too.

Being older I have the XS on my MP 45. I like the sights very much, esp the big dot front sight. Others do not, but my experience to date (10 months) has been good.
