WPRC IDPA match December 12th 2009

I notice a few clubs have practices listed in the GOAL newspaper. Are those for club members only, or open to all?

The practices at WPRC are open to non members for $5.

Should we create "handicaps" for different classes? 10 for M, 15 for Ex, 20 for SS, etc? Or something along those lines?
