Would this be legal under New Hampshire law?

I noticed on the ATF form 4473 that corporations can purchase firearms as long as the corporate officer receiving them is not disqualified by law. If I were to form a corporation in New Hampshire would that satisfy the residency requirement so I could purchase handguns there as long as I stored them in state? I live in the P.R. of Massachusetts.

You would not be able to receive them as a corporate officer because you are disqualified by law (being a resident of Mass instead of NH)
