As far as I can tell...NO. Any postban semi auto shotty with more than 5 round tube or mag is not legal in MA, unless you can permanently restrict the mag to handle only 5 rounds.

Its a detachable mag. So the answer is Yes as long as you don't posses the mag and you have a class B or better.
