As much as I love my garands I will leave these to the collectors....and the collectors need to give up the shooters!!!

If I did not have two in college, I would buy it and put a Kreiger barrel on it just to shoot it. Then I would post targets on the CMP forum – just to drive the collectors nuts.

I'm happy with my Danish Winchester I got for 1/2 that, with matched stock and lock-bar rear sight. Amazing they get 3-5 times 'normal' sale prices when they were available.
