Andover Sportsman Club has Wednesday night trap. I've only shot with them on Sunday monrnings, but I'd assume most of the people are the same - it's a great group of guys. I'm going tomorrow night for my first Wednesday outing.

Maspenock Rod and Gun in Milford has a nice range that is open to the public on Wednesday nights under the lights 6-9 PM

Yes, trap is open to the public. I think we charge a little bit more per round to non members, but other than that public is welcome!
