Just out of curiosity, would a locked gun room (say a sectioned-off part of a basement) be considered a safe in which guns don't have to be locked up?

I think the terminology is "secure container". I think the consensus is that an otherwise-inaccessible room or closet would qualify as proper storage if it had a good quality lock, and the key wasn't hanging on a nail next to it.
What's the name of the thread? I can't seem to find it.
