weaver rail dimensions?

ive been hunting for a blueprint for a weaver rail. ive got an accesory idea i want to mill.
theres one unintelligable print for the picatinny rail about, but its got floating dimensions that refer to nonexistent geometry and in general has insufficient information.

short of bringing my pistol frame in and dimensioning it on work time , does anyone have a link to a decent print?
