I do not see this gun on the Approved Gun Roster List from 10/2007. I guess it is safe to assume that it is not available in the MA.

Is there a way for me to check if this gun is being evaluated for MA compliance?

It's not on the EOPS roster. Word has it that S+W intends to
get it tested, etc, but I'm not holding my breath.

"The Other" PPS thread posted awhile back. There might be
another one talking about the legality, but can't find it offhand.

New Walther PPS 9mm

Anyone know if these will ever be available in MA? Looking for a thinner semi-auto CCW in 9mm or better for summertime t-shirt weather. My P99AS and even my Sig P239 is are little thick to carry sometimes.

Has anyone heard anything about the PPS becoming available in MA. Last I've heard it was supposed to be June. Well, here were are and...nothing.

I had a guy at Braintree give me his to shoot. Real nice gun, it's a little surprising how thin it is. I fired 6 shots with it the first one was low and the next 5 clustered at 33ft. I would buy one in a heart beat. He told me he got it from his Father..
