You also need a lot of cameras to guard against mass arrests in made up bs. We all know police have never lied about an interaction and politicians have never embellished and federal agencies never made stuff up out of whole cloth - but just to be sure cameras too.

The people in Virginia have been threatened with theft (seizure), arrest (for not complying) and now told we are going to make law up out of whole cloth because of ‘credible threats’. The politicians are the only ones threatening anyone, the citizenry are saying no, and if you decide to go this way we will resist with everything available.

as usual the filthy Dems demonstrate why they are unfit for power. They're assault on their own citizens will backfire and show the rest of the country their true intentions. Hopefully these actions will wake up the good citizens of Virginia and return the State to the citizens. Just watch the shit show in DC to demonstrate their hatred for the average citizen.

The judge is quoted as ruling "The governor is vested with the power to take 'action from time to time as is necessary for the adequate promotion and coordination of state and local emergency services activities relating to the safety and welfare of the commonwealth," and finishes with "The plaintiffs in this case will not suffer an irreparable harm sufficient to justify the injunction." EXCEPT declaring an emergency specifically precludes curtailing the 2nd Amendment and an infringement of a Constitutional right need not cause irreparable harm, the government is not permitted to ever curtail a right. But, who am I kidding, they do it everyday.
As in Kent State? Did they fire because the lone guardsman with a pistol fired or was there an order to fire on the crowd?
