Drill 3/8 hole in middle of the bottom. Put in 3/8 threaded rod. use cheap trash barrel cover,and fill er up!

If you are going to go that route, then get a Harbor Freight cement mixer for $150 (1.25cu ft) or $200 (2.5cu ft).
