Trying to do Euro moose mount. How?

So I thought this would be easier until I got a chance to really look at the skull. I got a moose a few years ago and cleaned the skull and everything and after having the thing sit in my basement for about 3 years Ive decided to do a european mount so i got it out and cleaned up the cobb webs and looked at the back of the head I realized this isnt going to be as easy as I thought.
Im not sure what the right/easiest/best way to mount the skull to the wood plaque... Has anyone done one of these before that can give any opinions?

Thanks for the Link but Im already to that point. Ive got the skull cleaned and all, I just need to figure out how to hang/mount the skull now...
