States can have any laws that are not overriding parts of constitution. Constitutional carry is not some new law that I propose we pass, it's been there a long time and I only want federal govt to stop f***ing with it.

I would rather California and NY don't have any say in making laws regarding constitutional carry. That is what will happen if it becomes federal.

Constitutional Carry on a national level was decided by both feds (passing of the Bill of Rights in Congress) and the states (ratification) in 1791. Every law, whether federal, state or local, related to firearms possession and carry enacted since then has been unconstitutional.

The only time I vote Dem is in a primary when the Republican outcome is not in question. When I do that, I vote for the weak sister, cutting the front runners vote.
