A relative of mine moved down there a few years ago and commented that everywhere she went, there was "old" men with beer bellies and untucked shirts. She said that she believed almost all were carrying, or could tell they were, and it made her nervous that so many "old" men had firearms on them. Now when she leaves her house, she brings her daughter with her who carries a G19 or a LC 9.
