Target Bill ? Any updates?

Just checking to see if there are any updates concerning the Target gun Bill. Is this Bill being stalled or is there any progress?

I thought the bill already passed, it's the fact that they don't have a target pistol roster yet.

Gotta go re-read the GOAL article in this month's Outdoor Message.
