I'm sure your correct. When i took the safety class for the class A, the instructor said "the best home defense weapon is a shotgun, and make sure
you kill the assailant, dead people cant sue, and the most anyone can collect is $25,000 for wrongful death in Mass" He claimed a homeowners policy would
pay it.
I ask, does this hold any water??????
I'm sure the idiot (oops insert atty general) given his attitude would
insist the assailant (us that carry and were forced into defending ourselves)
would be prosecuted.
Sooooo it seems we might as well leave them in the safe???????
