Supreme Court rules against 'straw purchasers' of guns

The Supreme Court dealt a rare blow to the gun lobby Monday by ruling that purchasers must report when they are buying firearms for other people.

Wait, on the form you fill out, it asks " are you or will you be the actual owner of the firearm?

Say no and no sale! No straw purchase!

I think its just one step closer to having people report when they sell a firearm to another person.

Dupe, this is covered in the supreme court thread. Am I the buyer, yes. If I sell it a week later, I didn't like the way it felt and sold it. No straw buy.
