I wear my 1911 to church under a lightweight flannel shirt. It's either in a horizontal DeSantis shoulder holster, or in a DeSantis Slim Tuck IWB. Neither one is very noticeable. The shoulder holster would probably print pretty bad under a dress shirt, but I've worn the tuckable under a dress shirt with no issues.
