I am brand new here, looking to sell trade my Springfield 45 XDM. If this is in the wrong place please educate me

It is the wrong place. There is a classified section open to “Green” paid up members. It is short money and supports the website.

BTW I also saw your post in the February Give Away thread, the one where you quote the rules and then question them, perhaps taking an hour or two to read after just joining might be advisable.
