It's that time of year again at Southborough Rod and Gun Club. Thursday nights, 6 PM until 9 PM, under the lights we are open to the public for trap and skeet shooting. Last Thursday the weather and conditions were perfect! Even the bugs cooperated and stayed away. As dusk sets in we crank on the lights. It is amazing to see that bright orange disc against a black background literally disappear when crushed! Now you see it, now you don't!

Yes it is dinner time but eating is secondary to the fun up here. However we do have a gas grill on the deck and if one were to bring a burger or dog or whatever there would be no problem in your cooking up a snack for yourself.

Reminder that SRG is a steel only club. We have steel ammo available at reasonable prices. Come on up for an evening of fun and enjoyment. Plenty of room, the more the merrier. Do not let lack of skills hold you back. SRG coaches all levels, beginners welcome!

I would presume a newbie would have to own a shotgun to play.

Deerinheadlights:

Trapezoids are generally willing to share their toys, come on out.

The Second Thursday of June will be another "Intro To Trap Night" like we had a couple of weeks back - I'll be posting about that shortly. That said, if you want to come out for less formal thing....we start at 6PM.

See you at the Top of the Hill .....and Bring a Friend!

September is upon us and it is the last month for Thursday night trap under the lights. We have had a ball and are always looking for more people to participate. Don't miss out on the fun.
