Give Krieger Barrels a call - they don't advertise this specific barrel (only M-1 Garand, and M14), but they might be able to point you in the right direction.

What I've heard is that it needs machining. It's NOT a put it on and use it deal.

You should be able to find a genuine, new in wrap 1917 barrel if you look hard. Over the past few years I've grabbed 5 or 6 at gun shows, gun shops, etc. and sold them on ebay.
No, I don't have any at the moment.
