The standard ACR has a fixed stock. If you get the flash suppressor removed and replaced with a muzzle brake, it would me legal in Mass. Of course it would have to be done before being shipped here.

Technically that's not correct. You could have it shipped to an FFL here (which you'd have to do anyway) and then your FFL could massify it. It just has to be legal before your FFL lets you have it.
