I am going to visit Rhode Island and plan to do some small game hunting. I plan to be using both a 795 and a model 60 for squirrel. I called a gun shop in Rhode Island and they told me there was a magazine limit to 5 rounds for hunting. Is this true? In other words both the 795 and model 60 can not be used in their factory form.

    thanks for the help

Don't know about the regs, but in some populated areas if might not be wise to lob bullets into the tree tops. Jack.

Yep heard that. Yeah we are going further out. Actually even at home I wait till I get a good shot with the tree behind the critter. If he doesn't give me that shot he's not worth it.
